Terms of Care is a learning company and art studio founded in 2026 by being, the artist formerly known as Kriss Mincey, given name Kristin Simone Mincey (b. 1990), in Baltimore, MD, USA.

*We steward memory, conditions for learning, and a collective capacity for doing the labor it takes to relate, by designing products and contexts that support the preservation of these things, with applications in literature, astrology, movement, interdisciplinary theory, marketing philosophy, process notes, lyrics, audio production and narrative identification.

create “homes” or contexts for processes and products in public space, in service of a world where people feel equipped to relate.

We work locally and internationally on collaborative and commissioned projects with other people making things, and making things possible, like culture work administrators, educators, scholars, public intellectuals, artists, builders, editors, and social designers, in service of a world where people feel equipped to relate.
